3. We haven't tested the activity and haven't received any feedback from our customer. There is literature reporting that the fragment (human, rat, mouse) expressed in E. coli all have activity.
Meanwhile, this literature has mentioned that storage is very important, and the protein will soon lose activity after repeated freeze-thaw.
