Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Implicated in tissue-specific regulation of gene transcription and alternative splicing of pre-mRNAs. Associates with chromatin. Associates with nascent mRNAs transcribed by RNA polymerase II. Component of the supraspliceosome complex that regulates pre-mRNA alternative splice site selection. Binds non-specifically to pre-mRNAs. Required for embryonic development, in particular of the brain.
