    Rabbit polyclonal antibody against TIPARP is developed in a rabbit. The peptide sequence for the immunogen was taken from within the amino acids 74-178 of the recombinant human TIPARP protein. This TIPARP antibody is purified by protein G and got a purity of up to 95%. Three applications including ELISA, WB, and IHC have been used in assays to test for the specificity of this TIPARP antibody.

    TIPARP primarily acts as a poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) enzyme that is involved in the regulation of DNA repair, chromatin structure, and gene expression. It has also been implicated in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in response to cellular stress and inflammation. TIPARP dysregulation is related to various pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and autoimmune disorders.
