功能：ADP-ribosyltransferase that mediates mono-ADP-ribosylation of glutamate, aspartate and cysteine residues on target proteins. Acts as a negative regulator of AHR by mediating mono-ADP-ribosylation of AHR, leading to inhibit transcription activator activity of AHR.
