Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

The ACE2 protein CSB-MP684964PAL is a recombinant Paguma larvata ACE2 produced in mammalian cells, with a C-terminal hFc-tag. Its expression region corresponds to amino acids 18-740 of the Paguma larvata ACE2 protein. This recombinant ACE2 protein is biologically active, low in endotoxin (less than 1.0 EU/µg protein, determined by the LAL method), and high in purity (greater than 94.8%, SDS-PAGE). In the functional ELISA, SARS-CoV-2 S-RBD can bind to this ACE2 protein binds to the anti-ACE2 antibody with an EC₅₀ constant of 5.056-7.559 ng/ml. Its enzyme activity was determined by cleaving fluorogenic peptide substrate, with the Km of 22.84 nM. It is available now.

ACE2 is a zinc metalloenzyme and carboxypeptidase that negatively regulates the renin-angiotensin system (counterbalancing ACE activity), acts as the key SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV0-2 receptor, and stabilizes the transport of the neutral amino acids.

Essential counter-regulatory carboxypeptidase of the renin-angiotensin hormone system that is a critical regulator of blood volume, systemic vascular resistance, and thus cardiovascular homeostasis. Converts angiotensin I to angiotensin 1-9, a nine-amino acid peptide with anti-hypertrophic effects in cardiomyocytes, and angiotensin II to angiotensin 1-7, which then acts as a beneficial vasodilator and anti-proliferation agent, counterbalancing the actions of the vasoconstrictor angiotensin II. Also removes the C-terminal residue from three other vasoactive peptides, neurotensin, kinetensin, and des-Arg bradykinin, but is not active on bradykinin. Also cleaves other biological peptides, such as apelins, casomorphins and dynorphin A.
