Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

產(chǎn)品描述：

This recombinant human GPRC5D protein is generated by the HEK293 cells expression systemand is expressed with sequence Met1-Val345 of human GPRC5D fused with a 10xHis-tag at the C-terminal. It is a virus-like particle. Its endotoxin and biological activity have been measured.

GPRC5D is highly expressed on the surface of primary multiple myeloma (MM) cells, while its expression in normal tissues is limited to the hair follicle. GPRC5D thus becomes an attractive target for the treatment of MM and is expected to provide new therapies for MM patients with poor prognoses. The treatment strategy of GPRC5D in MM mainly focuses on GPRC5D-CAR T cell therapy and GPRC5D-combined with bispecific antibody therapy. Currently, there are several combination drugs targeting GPRC5D or based on GPRC5D in clinical development. For example, Talquetamab (JNJ-64407564) is a GPRC5D/CD3 bispecific antibody that inhibits tumor growth by recruiting and activating CD3-positive T cells and inducing T cells to kill GPRC5D-positive MM cells.
