Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

  • 功能：
    Serine/threonine kinase that acts as an essential activator of the Wnt signaling pathway. Recruited to promoters of Wnt target genes and required to activate their expression. May act by phosphorylating TCF4/TCF7L2. Appears to act upstream of the JUN N-terminal pathway. May play a role in the response to environmental stress. Part of a signaling complex composed of NEDD4, RAP2A and TNIK which regulates neuronal dendrite extension and arborization during development. More generally, it may play a role in cytoskeletal rearrangements and regulate cell spreading.

    2. This study demonstrate here that TNIK is expressed in neurons throughout the adult mouse brain. PMID: 25753355
    3. TNiK is required for dentate gyrus neurogenesis & for pattern separation in a 2-choice spatial discrimination task & for glutamate-dependent object-location paired associate learning. PMID: 23035106
    4. TNIK maintains levels of glutamate receptors and other key postsynaptic density (PSD) proteins at the synapse, with loss of TNIK protein or inhibition of TNIK activity causing rapid degradation of PSD constituents. PMID: 20838393
