Shows a fast association rate and a slow dissociation rate of binding on rat brain synaptosome. Significantly inhibits voltage-dependent sodium current and voltage-dependent delayed rectifier potassium currents.; significantly inhibits voltage-dependent sodium current (Nav) and voltage-dependent delayed rectifier potassium current.
