We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

產品描述：

CUSABIO's product CSB-MP3536MOV is an active recombinant Delta-like protein 3 (DLL3) tagged the 6xHis at the C-terminus. It is expressed in mammalian cells with the gene fragment mapping within amino acids 27-490 of Macaca fascicularis DLL3 protein. Its bioactivity has been validated by binding to the anti-DLL3 antibody in a functional ELISA. The EC50 is 1.625-2.702 ng/mL. Its purity is over 82% measured by SDS-PAGE. On the gel, this protein migrated to the molecular weight band of approximately 55 kDa. The endotoxin content of the recombinant protein was less than 1.0 EU/ug determined by the LAL method. This DLL3 protein is available. DLL3 is a negative Notch regulator and is expressed during brain development where it modulates somitogenesis. It is not expressed on the surface of normal cells but is highly expressed on the surface of tumor cells. Aberrant DLL3 expression has been found in most small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cells.
