I received protein information from you a couple of weeks ago regarding CSB-EP009592HU, but I stressed that GST-tag was one of the only tags that I would be able to use for my experiment.
Do you know if CSB-EP009592HU would have a high percentage chance of successfully being expressed with a GST-tag?
I may be able to use a His-sumo tag, but GST-tag would be the best.
What alternate tags would you use if GST wasn’t possible?

In theory, the success rate of successfully express this protein with GST tag is 95.25%, so please remark your requirement when placing the order, we will preferentially try this tag. If finally the GST-tagged protein is failed to express, we will try many kinds of other tags, for example: N-terminal 6xHis-SUMO-tagged, N-terminal 6xHis-GST-tagged,N-terminal 10xHis-SUMO-tagged and C-terminal Myc-tagged, N-terminal 10xHis-GST-tagged and C-terminal Myc-tagged and so on.
PS: If you don't need the C-terminal Tag, please inform us in advance, we can successfully remove the C-terminal tag.
In addition, we recommend you to provide some more options besides the GST tag, so we can provide more appropriate recommendation.
