產品描述：

The production of this recombinant Human FGA protein is just like all recombinant proteins. The process involved transfecting E.coli cells with DNA vector containing the template of recombinant DNA. The E.coli cells containing the template were then cultured so that they could transcribe and translate the FGA protein. N-terminal 6xHis tag was used in the process. The purity is 90% determined by SDS-PAGE. (The activity of this FGA protein has been validated.)

FGA is a gene providing instructions for making a protein called fibrinopeptide A in humans. This protein is involved in thrombus formation after vascular endothelial damage occurs and a platelet plug develops. It is a biomarker of the activation of the coagulation system, and a high concentration of FPA in the blood occurs in patients with ischemic cardiocerebrovascular diseases. Emerging evidence indicates that FPA induces CRP expression in HUVECs via the ROS-ERK1/2/p38-NF-κB signal pathway.
