Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能：

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. Probably involved in the regulatory network controlling carbon source utilization. Ubiquitinates 'Lys-528' of the uric acid/xanthine transporter uapA at the cell membrane, leading to its internalization, sorting into the endosomal pathway to the vacuolar lumen where it is eventually degraded.
