Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

    Receptor for endothelin-1. Mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The rank order of binding affinities for ET-A is: ET1 > ET2 >> ET3.

Expression of EDN1, EDN2, and ECE2 is highest on day of ovulation. EDN/ENDR signaling appears to participate Fallopian tube function. These studies were conducted in Holstein cows. PMID: 25370848
