Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

  • 功能：
    Regulatory transcriptional protein, which trans-activates gene expression from early baculovirus promoters. Can also trans-activate its own promoter, suggesting an autoregulation during infection of host cells. Promotes also viral DNA genome replication via the N-terminal region.

    1. Phosphorylation sites in the IE1 replication domain are required for virus multiplication. PMID: 22496221
    2. These results suggest that IE1 regulates gp64 early promoters to produce the proper amount of GP64 protein, depending upon nucleopolyhedrovirus-insect cell systems. PMID: 20837073
    3. Ie1-deficient mutant abrogates viral gene expression and can not replicate in insect host cells. PMID: 20705310
    4. We conclude that a unique cooperative mechanism of ie1 and p35 exists in the genome of AcMNPV, which can activate the expression of a specific set of AcMNPV and HzNV-1 promoters PMID: 18486255
    5. This study reveals that IE1 is a gene-selective transcriptional activator which is required not only for expedition of virus multiplication but also for blocking of its own proapoptotic activity by upregulation of baculovirus apoptotic suppressors. PMID: 18945761
