Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

    Transcription factor playing a pivotal role in the control of morphogenesis of shoot organs by negatively regulating the expression of boundary-specific genes such as CUC genes, probably through the induction of miRNA (e.g. miR164). Required during early steps of embryogenesis. Participates in ovule develpment. Activates LOX2 expression by binding to the 5'-GGACCA-3' motif found in its promoter. Activates YUC5 transcription by binding to the 5'-GTGGGCCA-3' motif found in its promoter.
