    3. Data show that co-expression of ZNF300 and Egr1 lead to enhanced IL-2Rbeta promoter activity, and suggest that ZNF300 is another regulator of the human IL-2Rbeta promoter. PMID: 20585888
    4. ZNF300 was activated by PU.1 and suggested that the regulation may be involved in the progression of leukemia development and hematopoietic differentiation. PMID: 20471086
