    The CSB-PA022332LA01HU polyclonal antibody against SNRPD1 was generated in rabbits using recombinant human small nuclear ribonucleoprotein Sm D1 protein (1-119aa) as the immunogen. The resulting antibody was purified using protein G affinity chromatography and achieved a purity level of up to 95%.

    This SNRPD1 polyclonal antibody is specific to human SNRPD1 proteins and can be utilized to identify the endogenous levels of SNRPD1 protein. Quality testing has been conducted for ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications, allowing users to detect, identify, and trace the SNRPD1 protein with this antibody.

Component of both the pre-catalytic spliceosome B complex and activated spliceosome C complexes. Is also a component of the minor U12 spliceosome. May act as a charged protein scaffold to promote snRNP assembly or strengthen snRNP-snRNP interactions through non-specific electrostatic contacts with RNA.
