    CUSABIO produces the PARD6G antibody by immunizing rabbits with the recombinant human PARD6G protein (249-326AA). The resulting antibody is a polyclonal antibody and occurs as an unconjugated IgG. Its purity is greater than 95% using protein G purified. It is reactive with human and mouse PARD6G protein. The target protein PARD6G is a component of the mother centriole and controls centrosomal protein in composition through a Par6α-dependent pathway. This PARD6G antibody can be applied in ELISA, WB, and IF analyses.
