    ONECUT2 antibody CSB-PA016337LA01HU was produced in the rabbits immunized by using the recombinant human ONECUT2 protein (214-331aa) as the immunogen. The target protein ONECUT2 mainly regulates gene expression in various tissues, playing a crucial role in the development, differentiation, and cellular processes critical for proper physiological function. Aberrant expression or activity of ONECUT2 has been implicated in various diseases, including diabetes, liver disease, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

    This rabbit anti-human ONECUT2 polyclonal antibody was quality tested in the ELISA, WB, and IHC applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It only reacts with the ONECUT2 proteins from human samples.
