    To generate the MAB21L2 polyclonal antibody, the recombinant human MAB21L2 protein (1-300aa) is used to immunize a rabbit. The rabbit's immune system will recognize the immunogen as foreign and produce antibodies against it. After several rounds of immunization, blood is collected from the rabbit and the serum is isolated. The MAB21L2 polyclonal antibodies are purified from the rabbit's serum using protein G affinity chromatography. The purity of this MAB21L2 antibody is 95%+. This MAB21L2 antibody can be used to detect human and mouse MAB21L2 proteins in ELISA, WB, and IF applications.

    The MAB21L2 protein is a transcription factor that is involved in regulating the development of various tissues and organs in the body. Specifically, it plays a role in eye development, neural tube closure, and kidney development. Mutations in the MAB21L2 gene can lead to renal disorders and affect cell proliferation and differentiation in other tissues.
