Its purity is greater than 95% purified by protein G. It shows reactivity with human and mouse G0S2 protein. And it has been rigorously quality tested in ELISA, WB, and IHC. Its target protein G0S2 plays an important role in adipogenesis and accumulation of triacylglycerol.
