The DNAJB8 antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with the recombinant human DNAJB8 protein (1-232AA) and then antigen-affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum. It occurs as an unconjugated IgG. It shows reactivity with human and mouse DNAJB8 protein, which plays a role in the suppression of toxic polyglutamine (poly Q) protein aggregation and in vivo tumor initiation. This DNAJB8 antibody has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications.
