Here advice the customer to arrange preliminary experiment if you want to detect feces sample.
Below is our sample method for your reference:
Feces Dilute samples with appropriate Sample Diluent.
This can be achieved by adding 0.1g sample to appropriate Sample Diluent.
Remove particulates by centrifugation for 10 minutes at 4000x g at 2-8°C and assay immediately.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
