ZG16B
ZG16B,即酶原顆粒蛋白16同源物B。別名PAUF、JCLN2、HRPE773、PRO1567。ZG16B是一種含有一個p-棱鏡結構的哺乳動物凝集素,具有調節細胞黏附、轉移、凋亡、血管生成以及細胞與細胞間相互作用來識別病原體的能力。ZG16B的作用機制涉及激活多種信號通路,如CXCR4、β-catenin、TPL2/MEK/ERK、FAK/Scr等,促進腫瘤細胞的遷移和血管生成。ZG16B在多種腫瘤中異常表達,尤其是在胰腺癌中高表達,對腫瘤細胞的增殖、粘附、遷移、侵襲起著重要作用,使其成為具有潛力的腫瘤診斷生物標記物和治療靶點。目前,已有多款針對ZG16B的抗體藥物處于臨床階段,主要用于胰腺癌和卵巢癌治療,顯示了其在腫瘤治療中的潛力和重要性。
