PTPRD
PTPRD,全名為蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶受體δ,也被稱為RPTPdelta。該蛋白在細胞粘附、遷移、增殖和分化等過程中發揮重要作用。PTPRD蛋白參與調節細胞骨架蛋白相關的多種細胞過程,如細胞粘附、運動、遷移、細胞周期、神經元生長、離子通道調節、免疫反應、癌細胞侵襲和凋亡。PTPRD蛋白與多種疾病相關,包括精神分裂癥、阿爾茨海默病等。在藥物研發方面,PTPRD蛋白被作為潛在的治療靶點,相關藥物研究正在逐步推進。
