MICB
MICB,全稱為MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence B,是一種跨膜糖蛋白,屬于人組織相容性復合體I類相關基因家族。該蛋白常見別名包括MHC class I antigen-related protein B、MHC class I chain-related protein B等。MICB蛋白在正常細胞中表達量極低,主要在上皮性腫瘤細胞表面表達,并且可以被細菌和病毒感染誘導表達。因此,MICB蛋白的識別與腫瘤監測、病毒感染和自身免疫性疾病的預防密切相關。
MICB蛋白作為人NKG2D II 型受體的配體,能夠與NK細胞表面的NKG2D受體結合,從而激活NK細胞的殺傷活性。這一作用機制使得MICB蛋白在免疫系統中扮演著重要的角色,能夠幫助機體清除異常細胞。此外,MICB蛋白的表達水平與多種疾病的發生發展密切相關,如消化系腫瘤、終末期腎病等。在藥物研發方面,針對MICB蛋白的靶向治療正在積極探索中,以期開發出更加有效的腫瘤治療藥物。
