LTBR
LTBR，即淋巴毒素β受體，別名TNFCR、TNFR3、TNFR-RP、TNFRSF3、LT-BETA-R，是一種I型單跨膜蛋白，屬于腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員。LTBR的主要配體包括淋巴毒素α/β和腫瘤壞死因子配體超家族成員14（TNFSF14，也稱為LIGHT）。
LTBR在淋巴和其他器官的發育、脂質代謝、免疫反應和程序性細胞死亡過程中發揮信號傳導作用。其活性也與致癌作用有關。LTBR信號通路參與激活控制細胞分化、生長和死亡的反應，對周圍淋巴樣器官的形成，尤其是二級和三級淋巴結構的形成至關重要。LTBR信號可能會促進浸潤性免疫細胞和腫瘤細胞之間的交流，觸發LTβR可誘導典型和非典型核因子(NF)-κB信號傳導通路，與炎癥誘導的致癌作用相關。
