IL3RA
IL3RA,即白細(xì)胞介素3受體亞單位α,別名CD123。它主要來源于骨髓中的造血干細(xì)胞,特別是在活化的T細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞中表達(dá)較高。IL3RA的作用機(jī)制是通過與IL-3結(jié)合,進(jìn)而與IL-3受體β鏈(CD131)結(jié)合,形成高親和力的受體復(fù)合體,激活與受體相關(guān)的Janus激酶(JAKs),尤其是JAK2,進(jìn)而激活信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)和激活轉(zhuǎn)錄因子(STAT5),引發(fā)細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號傳導(dǎo)。IL3RA對多種造血細(xì)胞的增殖和分化的調(diào)控作用,包括粒細(xì)胞、單核細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞和肥大細(xì)胞等。IL3RA在多種血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤中表達(dá),也是免疫治療和靶向治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。
