We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能：

may function as a voltage-gated potassium channel blocker and may have cytolytic activity (Ref.2). However, it is noteworthy that the toxin often disappears from the venom fractions tested. Hence, the toxin may be frequently processed in the venom, which justifies the absence of Ts19 Frag-I among different venom samples.; specific and reversible blocker of Kv1.2/KCNA2 (IC(50)=544 nM).; shows cytolytic effects on erythrocytes. In addition, induces non-selective pores formation when high concentrations (300 nM) are applied on oocytes.
