We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能：

Member of the two-component regulatory system SrrA/SrrB, which is involved in the global regulation of staphylococcal virulence factors in response to environmental oxygen levels as well as biofilm formation. Plays also an essential role in host-derived nitric oxide resistance by regulating hmp/flavohemoglobin, an enzyme that detoxifies nitric oxide by converting it to nitrate. Functions as a sensor protein kinase which is autophosphorylated at a histidine residue and transfers its phosphate group to SrrA. In turn, SrrA binds to the upstream promoter regions of the target genes to positively and negatively regulate their expression.
