I purchased CSB-EP357926FKZ SEH 50 μg from Cosmo Bio Co., Ltd. I would like to remove SUMO tag from this enterotoxin. Please let me know the most preferable enzyme removing SUMO tag. I searched these enzymes and found SUMO protease1, SUMO Protease 2, and SUMOstar Protease from LifeSensors, Inc.

Very nice to receive your inquiry. CSB-EP357926FKZ You could try enzyme digestion, but we can not guarantee 100% success under the influence of various conditions.
The sumo enzyme we used is a self-produced product CSB-EP311619SVG. And we generally use self-produced enzyme to removal tag.
We have reviewed the three enzymes of LifeSensors. Our self-produced enzyme is Ulp1, and you could try SUMO protease1 from LifeSensors.
