  • 功能：
    DNA-binding protein that specifically recognizes consensus sequences at the breakpoint junctions in chromosomal translocations. Selectively binds single-stranded d(GT)n and d(GTT)n microsatellite repeats. Has much higher affinities for the homologous RNA sequences (GU)n and (GUU)n. Does not bind double-stranded DNA. Has a role in meiosis.
