Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. Up-regulates interferon gamma production by bovine T-cells. Stimulates high levels of IFN-gamma production by peripheral blood mononuclear cells and T-cells. The IFN-gamma-inducing effect is blocked by cyclosporin A (CsA).
