Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

    Serine/threonine protein kinase which phosphorylates VIME. May play a specific role in the dynamic behavior of the intermediate filament cytoskeleton by phosphorylation of VIME.

    1. Stk33 protein resides in the cytoplasm and partially co-localizes with the caudal end of the manchette, a transient structure that guides tail elongation, in elongating spermatids, and loss of Stk33 leads to the appearance of a tight, straight and elongated manchette. PMID: 29155043
    2. STK33 plays an essential role in hepatocellular proliferation and liver tumorigenesis. STK33 may bind directly to c-Myc and increase its transcriptional activity. PMID: 25398772
