The recombinant Mouse Ly75 protein is encoded by the gene of Ly75 (28-211aa). The gene of Ly75 was cloned in a system (E.coli) that supported the expression of Ly75. Modification of Ly75 by recombinant DNA technology could lead to the expression of the target protein. The protein was fused with N-terminal 6xHis tag in the production. The purity is 90% determined by SDS-PAGE.
Ly75 is a protein coding gene that encodes Lymphocyte antigen 75. According to some studies, Ly75 may have the following features.
Lymphocyte antigen 75 (Ly75/CD205) is a surface marker of mitotic germ cells in rainbow trout. Genetic identification Ly75 is a new quantitative trait gene for mice to resist obesity. Systematic multi-omics analysis of Ly75 gene expression and its prognostic value for skin melanoma through natural killer (NK) cell infiltration. Interleukin-6 receptor enhances the early colonization of mouse omentum by up-regulating the mannose family receptor LY75 in ovarian tumor cells. MEN1309 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) against Ly75 antigen, which induces a complete response in xenotransplantation of several solid tumors.
