We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Catalyzes the attachment of threonine to tRNA(Thr) in a two-step reaction: L-threonine is first activated by ATP to form Thr-AMP and then transferred to the acceptor end of tRNA(Thr). Edits incorrectly charged L-seryl-tRNA(Thr) probably via its editing domain (tested with total bovine tRNA). Activates L-serine, but does not detectably transfer it to tRNA (tested with total bovine tRNA).
