We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Significantly inhibits growth and induces an apoptotic response in HeLa cells through cell-cycle arrest at S-phase. Exhibits highly cytotoxic activities against cancer cell and non-cancer cell lines producing IC(50) values of 0.15 nM for human cervical carcinoma cells (HeLa), 7.71 nM for rat pheochromocytoma-12 cells (PC-12), 11.20 nM for human breast cancer cells (MCF-7), 15.80 nM for human leukemia cells (K562), 2.79 nM for African green monkey kidney cells (Vero) and 3.92 nM for normal Madin-Darby canine kidney cells (MDCK).
