Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能：

Dermonecrotic toxins cleave the phosphodiester linkage between the phosphate and headgroup of certain phospholipids (sphingolipid and lysolipid substrates), forming an alcohol (often choline) and a cyclic phosphate. This toxin acts on sphingomyelin (SM) with high activity and on lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) and ceramide phosphoethanolamine (CPE) with low activity. In vivo, shows potent insecticidal activities. On mammals, induces dermonecrosis, hemolysis, increased vascular permeability, edema, inflammatory response, and platelet aggregation.
