Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Is the un-tagged version of CSB-EP874790HU available for regular sale, or is it custom production?

Very nice to receive your inquiry. This is a semi-customized protein. The product details are as follows.
We could try to remove the tag but can't guarantee 100% success. However, based on our annual analysis data of tag removal, the success rate reaches 75%-86%.
If we succed in removing the tag, we will charge you for protein production cost + tag removal cost.
If we fail in removing the tag, we will send you the tagged protein and will only charge you for protein production cost.
Shipping format: The default delivery form is liquid form. If you have demand for lyophilized form, please remark this requirement when placing order.
Optional service: Do you want aseptic processing and/or endotoxin removal for this protein (recommended for cell culture or in vivo use)?
With our endotoxin removal service we guarantee the endotoxin level to be less than 0.1ng/ug (1EU ug).
Both aseptic processing and endotoxin removal services are free of charge, however they must be requested when the order is placed.
Shipping condition: These products are routinely shipped on ice packs.
Purity: The minimum purity that we can guarantee is 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
We adopt Nickel column affinity chromatography method for protein purification, we will decide if it needs a secondary AKTA-SEC purification by the SDS-PAGE result of the initial purity above 85%.
If the initial purity SDS-PAGE result is already qualified for the QC standard (>85%), and you don’t remark any strict requirement on the purity, generally we will not conduct AKTA-SEC for secondary purification. The final purity will be shown on the COA report.
