    Recombinant Human Histone deacetylase complex subunit SAP130 (SAP130) is a partial length protein expressed with an N-terminal His-tagged or Tag-Free. Its purity was determined by SDS-PAGE and reached up to 85%. The activity of this protein isn’t tested. This recombinant SAP130 protein may be used to synthesize antibodies against SAP130 or on the studies of SAP130-associated signal transduction.
    SAP130 is a subunit of the histone deacetylase-dependent SIN3A corepressor complex, belonging to SAP130 family. It is mainly expressed in various cancer cell lines. This protein is located in nucleus and acts as a transcriptional repressor. SAP130 may function in the assembly and/or enzymatic activity of the mSin3A corepressor complex or in mediating interactions between the complex and other regulatory complexes.
