Positively regulates integrin-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of BCAR1. Acts as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for small GTPases RALA, RAP1A and RRAS. However, in a contrasting study, lacks GEF activity towards RAP1.
