We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

DT3C蛋白由編碼Corynephage beta白喉毒素的Gly33-Lys417與編碼鏈球菌G群spg的Ile291-Glu497連接，并與N末端的6xHis標簽融合，在大腸桿菌中表達。通過SDS-PAGE測定，該重組DT3C蛋白的純度大于90%。

DT3C蛋白由沒有受體結合域的白喉毒素（DT）和鏈球菌蛋白的C1、C2和C3（3C）結構域組成。主要用于體外檢測癌細胞對mAb的內化效率，并篩選出更有效的單克隆抗體。DT3C蛋白可以在體外模擬ADC藥物的功能，并且制備mAb-DT3C復合物相對簡單。DT3C蛋白可以與人類、小鼠、兔等各種物種的IgG結合，形成mAb-DT3C結合物，從而進一步擴大DT3C作為mAb抗體內化檢測工具的應用范圍。與Mab-ZAP相比，mAb-DT3C結合物更加穩定，分子量更小。相關實驗數據顯示，mAb-DT3C的內化效率高于mAb-Mab-ZAP。據不完全統計，DT3C作為檢測mAb內化能力的工具已在近130項ADC藥物mAb篩選專利中使用。
