We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能：

Binds to muscular and neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) and inhibits acetylcholine from binding to the receptor, thereby impairing neuromuscular and neuronal transmission. Blocks muscle type nAChR. Also binds with high affinity to alpha-7/CHRNA7 nAChRs. In addition, shows a weak inhibition of neuronal alpha-3-beta-2/CHRNA3-CHRNB2 nAChR. Selectively binds to alpha-1-delta subunit interface of the mouse muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, with a 10-fold higher affinity for the adult than for the fetal receptors. In vivo, when intraperitoneally injected into mice, causes flaccid paralysis and respiratory distress, followed by death within 2-4 hours.
