    The metalloproteinase-disintegrin-like HF3 is a potent hemorrhagic toxin that activates macrophages for phagocytosis through integrin alpha-M/beta-2 (ITGAM/ITGB2). It inhibits collagen-induced platelet aggregation. This protein shows cleavage specificity for substrate for leucine at P1' position, followed by hydrophobic residues in P2'.
