Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Involved in integration of membrane proteins that insert both dependently and independently of the Sec translocase complex, as well as at least some lipoproteins. Also involved in protein secretion processes. It has an overlapping, although partly distinct, function compared to SpoIIIJ(MisCB).
