We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能：

Recognizes and hydrolyzes the peptide bond at the C-terminal Gly of ubiquitin. Involved in the processing of poly-ubiquitin precursors as well as that of ubiquitinated proteins. Involved in the regulation of organ size. Acts as positive regulator of cell proliferation. Possesses deubiquitinating enzyme activity in vitro. The enzyme activity of UBP15 is required for its function in regulation of cell proliferation. Functions antagonistically in a common pathway with DA1 to regulate seed size. Acts maternally to regulate seed size by promoting cell proliferation in the integuments of ovules and developing seeds. Functions independently of DA2 and BB.
