    Contributes to the last few anthocyanin biosynthetic steps. Converts cyanidin 3-O-glucoside to cyanidin 3-O-xylosyl(1->2)glucoside. Can use 3-O-glucosylated anthocyanidins/flavonols and uridine diphosphate (UDP)-xylose as substrates.
