Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Acts on phosphatidylinositol (PtdIns) in the first committed step in the production of the second messenger inositol-1,4,5,-trisphosphate. Can bind to phosphatidylinositol 4-monophosphate (PI-4-P or PtdIns4P), phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PI-4,5-P2 or PtdIns4,5P2), and phosphatidic acid (PtdOH), but not to 3-phosphoinositides. May function upstream of the cold response phosphoinositide-dependent phospholipase C (PI-PLC) pathway.
