    The rabbit anti-Listeria monocytogenes serotype 4b inlA polyclonal antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide mapping to the amino acids 562-770 of the recombinant L. monocytogenes serotype 4b inlA protein. inlA is a virulence factor that promotes the invasion of L. monocytogenes into human host cells by binding to E-cadherin. It is purified through protein G affinity chromatography and has a purity of up to 95%.

    This inlA antibody specifically recognizes and binds to the InlA protein of Listeria monocytogenes serotype 4b in ELISA and WB applications.
