    The product CSB-PA618014LA01HU is a polyclonal antibody raised in the rabbit with a peptide covering amino acids 191-372 of the human ZRSR2 protein immunized. The ZRSR2 antibody exists as an unconjugated IgG. It can specifically bind to the ZRSR2 protein, a splicing factor involved in the recognition of 3′-intron splice sites during the early stages of spliceosome assembly. This anti-ZRSR2 antibody has undergone quality tested for use in common research applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF. Its purity is over 95% using protein G purified. And it is reactive with human and mouse samples.

  • 功能：
    Pre-mRNA-binding protein required for splicing of both U2- and U12-type introns. Selectively interacts with the 3'-splice site of U2- and U12-type pre-mRNAs and promotes different steps in U2 and U12 intron splicing. Recruited to U12 pre-mRNAs in an ATP-dependent manner and is required for assembly of the prespliceosome, a precursor to other spliceosomal complexes. For U2-type introns, it is selectively and specifically required for the second step of splicing.
